Terms and Conditions for Academy Prize Draw
1. Introduction

The Academy App Pty. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “The Academy App”), available on iOS and Android
platforms.
1.2 The ‘Academy Prize Draw’ allows users to use ‘Academy Points’ to purchase tickets for a chance to win
prizes. Details of the draw, including prize information, ticket costs, and duration, are available in the ‘Prize
Draw’ section of the app.
2. Prize Draw Period
2.1 Each Prize Draw will have a predetermined start and finish date, as specified within the app at the time of
each draw.
2.2 The Academy App reserves the right to edit, cancel, or modify any Prize Draw at any time without prior
notice or liability.
3. Eligibility and Participation
3.1 Participation is exclusive to registered users of The Academy App residing in Australia.
3.2 Tickets for the ‘Prize Draw’ can only be purchased using ‘Academy Points’ and are not available for
purchase with money.
4. Fair Play and Conduct
4.1 Any attempt to manipulate the app or engage in fraudulent behavior to influence the outcome of the Prize
Draw will lead to immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
4.2 The Academy App reserves the right to investigate any irregularities or suspicious
activities related to the Prize Draw and take appropriate actions.
5. Prize Allocation
5.1 Prizes will vary for each draw and will be described in detail within the ‘Prize Draw’
section of the app at the time of the draw.
5.2 The Academy App is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by third-party suppliers of the
prizes.
5.3 In the event of a dispute regarding prize allocation, the decision of The Academy App shall be final and
binding.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Academy App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.2 Liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Prize Draw or
acceptance, possession, or use of any prize is solely the responsibility of the participant.
7. General Conditions
7.1 Participation in the ‘Academy Prize Draw’ constitutes acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions.
7.2 The Academy App reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued
participation after amendments signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
10. Severability
10.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of
competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
